Tejamly

Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-15

Tejamly helps you find the subscriptions in your Gmail inboxes. This policy explains what we read, what we keep, and what we never do with your data.

Who we are

Tejamly (tejamly.uz) is operated by Sayyod Mirzamitdinov. Questions about this policy: sayyodmirzomitdinov@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • From your Google account when you sign in: your name, email address and profile photo.
  • From each Gmail inbox you connect, with read-only permission: we look for billing emails (receipts, invoices, free trial, renewal, failed payment, cancellation and sign-up emails). From those emails we keep only the service name, the sender's domain, the amount and currency, the dates (charge, renewal, trial end), the type of email and its subject line.
  • We do not store the body of any email or any attachment. Emails that are not billing emails are skipped and nothing from them is kept.
  • What you enter yourself: subscriptions you add by hand, notes, and your settings (language, reminders).
  • Technical logs needed to run the service securely (for example request times and errors), kept for up to 30 days.

How we use it

  • To show your subscriptions, renewal dates, free trials and totals.
  • To send the reminder emails you turned on.
  • To keep the service working and secure.
  • We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or build profiles about you.

Google API Services: Limited Use

Tejamly's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • We use Gmail data only to provide the features you see in Tejamly.
  • We do not transfer it to anyone, except to provide those features, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale of the service with your consent.
  • We never use it to serve ads.
  • No person at Tejamly reads your emails, unless you ask us to look at a specific email, it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or the data is aggregated and anonymous.
  • We do not use Gmail data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

How your emails are read

Every email is read by our own rules running on our servers. We do not send your emails, subject lines or excerpts to any AI service or other third party.

Where your data is stored and how it is protected

  • Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firestore and Cloud Run).
  • All traffic uses HTTPS, and data is encrypted at rest.
  • The keys that let us read your Gmail are encrypted with a separate secret key, and only the scanning service can use them.
  • The person who runs Tejamly can see account details such as your plan and number of inboxes, but not your subscriptions, amounts or emails.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run Tejamly: Google Cloud (hosting and database), Google (sign-in and Gmail access) and Gmail (to send reminder emails). We share nothing with anyone else.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

  • We keep your data while your account exists.
  • Disconnecting an inbox revokes our access to it and deletes everything we found in it.
  • Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) deletes all of your data within 30 days.
  • You can also remove Tejamly's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. Write to sayyodmirzomitdinov@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

Tejamly is not intended for anyone under 16.
